Our primary customers are the general contractors, where we handle all final construction cleaning work scopes including base building and tenant build-out. Depending on the magnitude of the work scope the duration of these jobs last from one day to several years. The specialty classroom training received by personnel in this division at our corporate location, focuses on equipment and product usage, including safety issues such as fluid product “mixing”, and general MSDS data review. We have our own high-rise equipment at our corporate storage facility.
