EXTRA CLEAN INC was established in 1988 and in addition to performing services in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC area, we also service to Mid-Atlantic region. Our major divisions are: Window Cleaning; Post Construction Cleaning and Exterior Building Maintenance and Restoration (100% maintenance or restoration of every architectural feature/finish on a building’s facade). We have realized growth each year. We perform ongoing corporate classroom safety class training. Our products are environmentally friendly. We have a customer list of class A buildings (private and Government sectors), including high-rise commercial and residential; museums; hospitals, hotels; embassies and retail, etc.
Interior crews are trained in performing work in occupied spaces; working with tenants to establish special requests, e.g. return to do glass in a conference room where a meeting was being held. We will return at the time (and day) requested by the tenant -we call this “Making Good”.

As part of our high-rise safety pre-work procedure, we perform myriad of safety checks and provide customers with all required forms in compliance with OSHA Reg. Part 1910.66, including Appendix C as well as in conformance with ANSI IWCA I-14.1-2001 Window Cleaning Safety Standard. Note: We go above and beyond these minimum safety requirements by creating and implementing additional safety check forms (in English and Spanish) which we perform and then provide to our customers to mitigate/eliminate any customer liability exposure.
